Designed by Cheney and Thorpe. Refined two storey house expressed in a rectilinear Mid-Century vocabulary. Presents a closed form on the front elevation, opening up at the rear to take advantage of its position on a slope. Notable use of ground floor clerestory windows to bring light into the core. Stacked cubic form, with inset balcony and cantilevered upper storey. Brick and hanging tile adds a vernacular accent to the composition.

Fine interiors, with timber boarded ceilings and large bands of glazing for indoor/outdoor living.
